FAQ
Any order placed outside the great state of Florida are shipped overnight to ensure freshness.
The cost of shipping will depend on a variety of variables. Where the product is being shipped to as well as the amount of product can greatly change the cost of shipping. While a guest ordering within the state of Florida may see rates under $30, guests ordering in Georgia could see overnight rates 3 to 4 times this price.
Because of this, we do suggest that guests work to “fill” our large box, which holds up to 11lbs. of product in order to see a better return on shipping costs.
We ship all order Monday – Thursday at 4:00pm EST. Orders placed before 1:00pm EST on Monday-Thursday will ship the same day. All orders placed after 1:00pm EST or on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Major Holidays, will ship the following Monday (or following business day should a holiday fall on a Monday-Thursday)
Your orders may arrive slightly frozen. We get all food as cold as possible to ensure there are no temperature drops that could cause any concern. All items are individually sealed and all food is covered with our state of the art gel packs to ensure all food remains at proper temperatures during shipping.
As soon as you receive your order, we strongly suggest that you open the box and take out all contents. If you plan on cooking your food within 24-48 hours, we suggest setting it in your refrigerator. If you don’t plan on cooking your food within the above time frame, we suggest placing each item into the freezer. For properly thawing your food, place in the refrigerator 24 hours before cooking for a safe and slow thaw.
